Chartered Accountant and Auditor, he graduated in Economics and Business at the “Federico II” University of Naples, where for several years, he worked as a scientific associate at the Department of Economics and Social Sciences. He is the owner of the firm and heads the tax and corporate consulting department within the “STUDIO GAETA ® network.

He is a consultant to companies and corporate groups in corporate and financial tax matters and holds positions as director and member of supervisory bodies.

He mainly oversees extraordinary corporate transactions for Italian and foreign companies, sales and acquisitions of corporate complexes, group tax planning, and legal and voluntary audits.
